In Shimoni, Kwale County, Kenya, Swabrina Omar founded the Shimoni Zero Waste project, specializing in waste management and mangrove conservation. Swabrina works with 25 youth and women's groups, providing them with training on value addition and creating opportunities for them to earn a living through environmental conservation. In this documentary series titled, "Unlocking Identity: Unlocking Opportunities," we highlight the journeys of transformation and hope as justice seekers move from barriers to breakthrough by accessing livelihood opportunities upon getting their IDs.
