From 5–6 May 2025, we convened the ASEAN-IPR Women in Peace Processes Regional Symposium in Jakarta, Indonesia. With the theme "Her Stories, Our Peace: Women’s Journey in ASEAN Peace Processes" the Regional Symposium served as a platform for members of the ASEAN Women for Peace Registry (AWPR) and identified grassroots women peacebuilders to share their research findings and exchange experiences. The symposium also marked the launch of a digital catalogue of ASEAN-IPR Women in Peace Processes, officially inaugurated by H.E. Andreas Motzfeldt Kravik, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Norway. This programme was made possible with the generous support of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Norway-ASEAN Regional Integration Plan (NARIP).
