Ola Roud wants the best for her children. She also works to make sure all the children in Jordan are safe in their homes. Ola is a Social Worker in the Family Protection Center in East Amman. As a part of a team that handles more than 1300 protection cases a month, Ola isn’t only a champion for children and families, she is a vocal advocate for the social services workforce that is delivering support to families in need. Ola gives generously of her time, but she understands that acting alone, no single organization or individual can meet the scale of the need. Working together as an interconnected team is how she and her partners create a fabric of protection in their community, and Primero plays a central role in making that happen.
