Pibi the Lead may look playful, but lead is a toxic substance that can harm children’s health and development. Through colorful animation and simple storytelling, this video helps children, parents, caregivers, and teachers understand what lead is, where it can be found, and how to prevent exposure in everyday life. This educational video introduces Pibi the Lead and Pika’s family, showing how lead can enter our bodies—and, more importantly, how simple daily habits can keep children safe. From washing hands and cleaning the house to eating nutritious foods, small actions can make a big difference. This video is part of Pure Earth’s broader efforts to protect children from lead poisoning through the Strengthening Health Systems to Reduce Lead Exposure project in Indonesia.
