Journalist Gives Voice to Caregiver Experience
Today we’re honoring caregivers everywhere for their selfless dedication. Reporter Kat McGowan’s caregiving journey began when members of her own family needed help. A Rosalynn Carter Mental Health Journalism fellowship allowed her to spotlight the challenges and joys of caregiving and the need for more support for the nation’s 63 million caregivers. Learn more about her work in this video.
