This video showcases our ally, Kevan Kalapnath-Maharaj, Managing Director of IAMovement and co-lead of the Caribbean Climate Justice Alliance’s Adaptation Working Group. IAMovement works to promote vetiver grass as a nature-based solution and empower at-risk communities across the Caribbean to use this adapt and build local resilience to climate change impacts, including flooding, landslides and erosion. The video was produced by the Caribbean Natural Resources Institute (CANARI), which convenes the Alliance and serves as its secretariat, with the generous support of the Island Fund for Climate and Justice and Open Society Foundations.
