IOM Romania's grants programme - success stories from Cluj-Napoca

Today, we’re excited to share with you all the latest updates from Cluj-Napoca, where three remarkable entrepreneurs have successfully grown their businesses thanks to our #grants programme. Olena Koval and Kateryna Zolota, who administer Space No. 7, have made incredible strides with their cooking courses, photography studio, and event space services. They’ve successfully attracted a growing number of clients and are planning to continue to host even larger events and workshops. The support from the grant has not only helped them secure their office space, but also allowed them to come up with an innovative set of services and activities in Cluj-Napoca. Olga Semernikova, who runs SO Science HUB, continues to inspire and educate the next generation of IT professionals. Since receiving the grant, Olga was able to buy new, expensive equipment that helped her deliver advanced 3D modelling and graphic design courses, reaching more children and fostering future talent. Olga’s classes have become more interactive, giving her students the skills they need to succeed in today’s digital world. Ladies, we are very proud of you! A special thanks to the U.S. Department of State: Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration for supporting our grants programme.
