Watch the full recording of the Youth Assembly Plenary 2024, which took place in Nairobi, Kenya on 17 August 2024. The Youth Assembly plenary session featured 60 young Kenyan representatives from 47 counties. These participants are divided into four committees, each tasked with developing policy proposals and reports addressing vital thematic areas: inclusive dialogue, climate action, education, and poverty eradication. The program invited prominent leaders from the National Assembly, including the Right Honourable Moses Wetang’ula, EGH, MP, Speaker of the National Assembly; Mr Samuel Njoroge, Clerk of the National Assembly; and Honourable Gitonga Mukunji, Member of Parliament for Manyatta Constituency and Chairperson of the Kenya Youth Parliament Association (KYPA).
