Current Teacher PD efforts often default to short-term "tool training" rather than sustained instructional strategy, perpetuating a gap between student access to technology and its meaningful use in the classroom. The talk will highlight five critical recommendations for adult education administrators, such as diversifying funding and aligning funding with instructional priorities. The goal is to provide a practical roadmap for moving from compliance-driven spending to coherence-driven investment, ensuring PD builds the durable capacity educators need to transform teaching and learning with technology.
