The talk will highlight five critical recommendations for adult education administrators, such as diversifying funding and aligning funding with instructional priorities. The goal is to provide a practical roadmap for moving from compliance-driven spending to coherence-driven investment, ensuring PD builds the durable capacity educators need to transform teaching and learning with technology.
