Drawing on lived experiences in highly constrained environments, this session explored how TFGBV manifests in conflict-affected and humanitarian settings – including distinct forms and drivers and the impacts of internet shutdowns and surveillance. Panelists also identified priorities for protection in contexts where resources and services are limited.
