STOP Dubai chocolate π¨ it's time for a Fairtrade dark chocolate bar x cookie dough π«πͺ
Ingredients:

90 g flour

90 g brown sugar
β
80 g butter
β
Β½ tsp vanilla extract
β
Β½ tsp salt
β
1 tbsp milk (add a few drops if the dough is too dry)

200 g dark chocolate
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Heatβtreat the flour: spread it on a baking tray and bake for 10 min at 180β―Β°C. Let cool.
2οΈβ£ Melt 140 g chocolate. Pour half into a rectangular mold, making sure to cover the sides. Place in the freezer.
3οΈβ£ Mix the cooled flour with 60 g finely chopped dark chocolate.
4οΈβ£ Spread the cookie dough into the mold and cover with the remaining melted chocolate.
5οΈβ£ Chill for at least 2 hours, then unmold and break the chocolate bar.
