A new framework is needed for global tech fairness, says Snap Inc. CEO

“If you look at Snapchat in our business, we’re not allowed to offer our service in China,” says Evan Spiegel, cofounder and CEO of Snap Inc. Spiegel discusses how U.S. technology companies face operation restrictions abroad, particularly in China, while foreign competitors can operate freely in the United States.
