In this powerful video, Violet Inguena, a dedicated Health School Coordinator at Membersana Secondary School, shares the transformative impact of new WASH infrastructure on students' health, dignity, and education. With latrines initially damaged by rain and lacking essential facilities, many students, especially girls, faced challenges with hygiene, privacy, and attendance. Thanks to the ERVHIZ Health School project funded by the European Union, the new latrines are not only safer but also include handwashing stations, empowering students to prioritize hygiene. Violet and her team are now educating learners about sanitation, spreading knowledge, and fostering a healthier learning environment for everyone.
