We present you a television program on the 30th anniversary of the fruitful cooperation between the United Nations and the Republic of Tajikistan, which was widely celebrated in 2023. This program, produced by the state television "Jahannamo", was aired in December 2023. As an independent state, Tajikistan joined the United Nations on March 2, 1992. In 1993, when the country was going through difficulties and hardships, the UN opened its office in Dushanbe. Since then, Tajikistan has begun to lay a solid foundation for the development of cooperation with the institutions, agencies, and specialized organizations of the UN system.
