This panel discussion, organized under the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations-funded SUPER-II project, brings together key voices from parliament, disaster management authorities, and federal governance to explore one of Nepal’s most pressing DRRM challenges: improving communication, coordination, and institutional alignment across all levels of government.
