For more than 15 years, Pahal Singh Khadka has called Kosovo home. After leaving Nepal and settling in Pristina, he joined his family's restaurant, where recipes passed down through generations continue to shape his daily life. Through dishes such as Chicken Tikka Masala and Chana Masala, Pahal shares the flavours, traditions and memories of Nepal with customers from around the world.
