According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, more than 600 people have been killed since the ceasefire, and sporadic attacks and violence continue. The cumulative death toll since October 2023 has exceeded 72,000, while severe restrictions remain in place on the entry of aid supplies, including water, medical supplies, shelter, and other essential goods, forcing civilians to continue living under extremely harsh conditions. In addition, the so-called “Yellow Line,” which divides Gaza from east to west, has rendered large areas in the eastern part of the Strip effectively inaccessible, becoming de facto “no return zones” for civilians. Conditions in the West Bank have also deteriorated, with intensified home demolitions, settler violence, and the rapid expansion of settlements, raising serious concerns about de facto annexation.
