Every day, more than a thousand children under five are killed by malaria.

That's why the rollout of over 23 million malaria vaccine doses across Africa since 2023 is so important, adding vital protection for children, alongside other critical tools such as bed nets, diagnostics and medicines. So far, the vaccine has been rolled out to children and their communities in 19 countries and today, on World Malaria Day, the vaccine is being introduced in Mali. We are many countries and one huge critical step closer to the ultimate goal of ending malaria once and for all. Let's make access to vaccines a reality for every child. 💙 *** Subscribe to UNICEF Supply on YouTube here: www.youtube.com/@unicefsupply For more about UNICEF Supply's work, visit: https://www.unicef.org/supply/ Follow UNICEF Supply here: LinkedIn - @UNICEF Supply X - @UNICEFSupply Instagram - @unicefsupply Threads - @unicefsupply Facebook - @UNICEF Supply YouTube - @unicefsupply UNICEF works in the world’s toughest places to reach the most disadvantaged children and adolescents – and to protect the rights of every child, everywhere.
