Earlier this year, on the sidelines of the Global NCDA Forum, Chikhu Ngombe, Founder and Director of Cancer Survivors of Quest, Member of Malawi NCD Alliance and Lucía Feito Allonca, a global health advocate, registered lawyer & certified patient expert, talked about what true leadership looks like, especially in the context of NCDs. They emphasised that leadership is not about titles, but about representing and empowering communities and bringing people together for a cause. "We can't go out to fight a worldwide cause individually, so we need to work together," says Chikhu.
