Building on strong regional cooperation, AIIB and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) are jointly supporting the Feasibility study for the Caspian Green Energy Corridor. The initiative aims to connect national power grids and enable the transmission of renewable energy from Central Asia to Europe. By combining the ADB’s deep regional experience with AIIB’s agile, innovation-led approach, the partnership demonstrates a shared commitment to co-financing, technical cooperation and sustainable infrastructure under the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation framework.
