Leveraging PPPs to Strengthen Medical Care Infrastructure and Services in Kokshetau, Kazakhstan
A new 630-bed multi-specialty hospital is planned for Kokshetau, Kazakhstan, designed to help expand access to quality medical care infrastructure and services for communities in the Akmola region.
Delivered under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), the project will design, build, finance, and maintain the hospital through a seven-year PPP agreement, including a two-year construction phase followed by a five-year operational phase. The Government of Kazakhstan, represented by the Ministry of Health, acts as the project administrator.
