UNESCO, with the support of the Governments of Italy and Japan, has been working to safeguard the Buddha Cliff of Bamiyan, a symbol of Afghanistan’s rich cultural legacy. This film provides an overview of the site’s history, the challenges it faces, and the ongoing conservation efforts to ensure its preservation for future generations.
