Did you know RET’s been active in Costa Rica since 2010? With the generous support the U.S. Department of State, we developed “Construyendo Capacidades” (“Building Capacity”), which provided tool for municipalities and local institution to develop activities and protocols to assist women escape situations of domestic violence.
