I WANT... I NEED... I LOVE... (Trailer) Hana Abdelnabi & Hend Abuhasanein "Frankfurt Moves!" 2023 Hend and Hana: two women from a small town in a small country with big problems. These two women chose a field that is not supposed to be desirable for women in this small city. But they kept going, despite the problems they faced. While pursuing their dream, they came to Frankfurt to learn more and to share their dream with new people, to share with them the stories of women from Gaza, through the storyteller’s theatrical style: A strong woman is out protesting for her rights, when she falls in love with a man, who then wants to shut her up. Another woman would like to trade her womanhood for more freedom - but has second thoughts. Hana Abdelnabi’s and Hend Abu Hassanein’s practice of storytelling is based on interviews with women from Gaza, their own experiences and the popular (semi-fictional) story of Mulan. Since last Saturday, when the news of the situation at home hit, their lives and their working process has been disrupted. They still want to give an insight into their work, to stand on the stage and speak.
