The Dominican Republic is adopting a strategic approach to development financing. Through the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs Financing for Small Island Developing States initiative, the Policy Priority Inference (PPI) methodology is being used within the Integrated National Financing Framework (INFF) to strengthen evidence-based decision making. This video features testimonials demonstrating how evidence-based tools are helping the Dominican Republic identify which policies are delivering results, where resource utilization requires adjustment, and how to maximize impact without necessarily increasing budgets.
