In the UN International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists (IYRP) and the Year of the Woman Farmer, pastoralist women will gather from around the world to strengthen solidarity, share solutions, develop a shared policy agenda, and elevate women’s leadership in rangeland and pastoralist futures. 🌍🦙👩🏽‍🌾 We’ve received more than 370 applications from women in 45 countries, from the Andes to the Arctic, across Africa and Asia. So far, 40 scholarships have already been secured – but we are still fundraising to help bring 100 women to Nepal for this historic gathering.
