The Himalayas are on the frontlines of climate change, but Nepal is answering with nature's own wisdom. From the Chepang community in Makwanpur using Amliso (broom grass) to prevent landslides and create dignified livelihoods, to Sakal Bio in Kathmandu turning fruit waste into non-toxic bio-enzyme cleaners, these women-led enterprises prove that ecology and economy can grow from the same root. These nature-based solutions deliver climate resilience, ecosystem restoration, and sustainable livelihoods – together. Watch how Nepal is growing in harmony with nature.
