Set in the remote Gewog of Denchuka in southern Bhutan, this film explores how changing weather patterns and shifting livelihoods are transforming everyday life. Through the voices of farmers, workers, and families, the film traces the growing challenges faced by the community from flash floods and landslides that destroyed homes and bridges, to declining crop yields, new plant diseases, and the gradual outmigration of young people seeking better opportunities elsewhere. Yet amid the uncertainty, the film also captures resilience, belonging, and the deep ties people continue to hold with the land and each other.
