AI can accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, from improving healthcare and education to streamlining resource efficiency. Harnessing the benefits of AI while mitigating the risks is one of the defining development challenges of our time. On 7-8 October, UNDP Belarus co-hosted the AI4Development Forum in Minsk, convening over 350 participants from government, business, academia, as well as international experts. As a result, an analytical report will be released, featuring policy recommendations for the national AI ecosystem. These insights will help integrate AI-innovations into national strategies and pilot solutions in key economic sectors.
