CIM and Inter American Press Association sign agreement to strengthen gender equality
Under the agreement, the CIM and IAPA will promote an annual journalism award on gender equality, regional training programmes, joint campaigns, and actions to counter gender-based disinformation.
The partnership brings together the CIM’s track record in defending women’s rights with the IAPA’s leadership in promoting freedom of expression and press freedom across the continent.
