Congress is about to decide whether your community can keep protecting your family from harmful pesticides, or lose that power completely. Right now, there’s language in the 2026 Farm Bill that, if enacted, would block local governments from setting stronger safety rules when harmful pesticides are used – even when federal protections fall short.
