ADRA Uganda's Bonga Program of ASPIRE Project is designed for young people aged 13–19 who are out of school. It creates a safe and supportive space for learning, sharing, and growth, where no young person is left behind. Through practical skills training, financial literacy, and open and honest dialogue, adolescents who once faced deep uncertainty are now starting small businesses, building self-confidence, and making informed decisions about their lives.
