Digital PINAS: Bridging the Digital Divide for MSMEs in the Philippines

Over the past few decades, the world has grown increasingly digital but not everyone has been able to keep up. Digital PINAS is a United Nations joint programme that aims to bridge this divide for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Philippines, especially those in marginalized and remote regions. Jointly implemented by the UNDP, ILO, and ITC, and supported by the Joint SDG Fund, Digital PINAS works through three pillars: building digital skills for at least 15,000 MSMEs, enhancing digital transformation hubs in at least 30 underserved areas, and advocating for gender sensitive policies that promote an inclusive digital ecosystem. #DigitalTransformation #SDGs #GlobalGoals
