Government and private sector representatives from CAREC members discussed the transformative role of emerging technologies, particularly, the use of Artificial Intelligence in digital trade and cross-border e-commerce on 26 September 2024 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province of the People's Republic of China. CAREC participants also joined a series of events at the sideline of the 3rd Global Digital Trade Expo, including the Silk Road E-Commerce Day, the PRC-Central Asia Digital Trade Networking and Matchmaking Event, and the Silk Road E-Commerce Study Tour.
