As climate change continues to reshape ecosystems, the role of wetlands has never been more critical. To carry this conversation forward, Accountability Lab Pakistan, in collaboration with Green Media Initiatives and hosted a seminar at Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) Karachi, convened a seminar bringing together students, experts, and communities. The discussions highlighted the challenges facing Pakistan’s wetlands and heritage sites including climate change, pollution, and urban pressures and emphasized the importance of youth engagement, traditional knowledge, and collective action in promoting sustainable conservation.
