For Marie-Rose, water is life and the key to staying in school

Until recently, the lack of clean water at 12-year-old Marie-Rose's school in Guinea made it difficult for students to learn, affecting their health, attendance and ability to concentrate. Now that water is available on site, their experience reflects a simple truth: access to water can mean the difference between falling behind and staying in school.
