⚖️ What if women and men shared responsibilities the same way they share life’s joys and challenges? Through the #BouquetWithWeight campaign, we highlight that, despite equal rights and freedoms, women still carry most of the invisible workload. From caring for the home and children to managing everyday details, women are often expected to do it all—while also being active at work, in education, or in business. 🙌 This campaign is a call for equality and an invitation to reflect on social norms—encouraging a fair distribution of responsibilities and expectations between women and men. The campaign is launched by UNFPA Moldova, with the support of the United Kingdom, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova and ANPCV Moldova.
