O CLAIM Porto é uma resposta do JRS para a Região Norte, no que se refere ao acompanhamento de refugiados e migrantes. Este gabinete tem como objetivo apoiar todo o processo do acolhimento e integração dos migrantes e refugiados da região Norte atuando em três áreas principais: apoio socio-legal, apoio especializado para a empregabilidade e apoio psicossocial. No Porto também temos presente o gabinete de mediadores municipais e interculturais com o apoio da Câmara Municipal do Porto e desempenha um papel vital na promoção da integração de pessoas migrantes e refugiadas nessa região, oferecendo-lhes assistência prática, apoio emocional e acesso a recursos essenciais. This office aims to support the entire process of welcoming and integrating migrants and refugees in the Northern region, working in three main areas: socio-legal support, specialised support for employability and psychosocial support.
