We lose caregivers, wage-earners, and community leaders. But we know how to stop this. It is estimated that U.S. investments in global health have prevented the deaths of more than 1 million women of reproductive age in the last 10 years, according to an analysis published in the Journal of Global Health. Investment in strong MNCH programs saves lives and strengthens families, communities, and the world. There is no world health without MNCH.
