This video is a demo of CommCare's locked admin questions—a new way to control exactly which parts of a CommCare app can be edited, and by whom. When a central team owns the core app and data architecture while other teams adapt it for their local contexts, locked admin questions let you lock the pieces that matter most—the ones your data architecture relies on—while leaving everything else open to edit. You grant freedom where it's safe and guardrails where it counts, so collaborators can work in parallel without risking the structure underneath.
