Hannah’s presentation is part of a series of KnowHow Labs powered by the European Cultural Foundation, designed for library and community workers across Europe who are addressing shared challenges. The first session, Leadership with Care, explores how to lead teams with clarity and intention, while nurturing both people and projects for long-term impact. Drawing on insights from Hannah Fox, Director of The Bowes Museum, participants engage with practical approaches to building a shared vision and strengthening empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. KnowHow Labs are part of BUDDIES, an Erasmus+ funded project supporting library and community workers through mentoring, networking and policy recommendations, coordinated by the European Cultural Foundation, in collaboration with Aarhus Public Libraries, Comicdom Press and Public Libraries 2030, and co-funded by the European Union.
