🎶 We’re honored to welcome Palestinian-American artist @waheebnasan to this year’s Dallas Gaza 5K. Originally from Chicago, Waheeb blends hip hop with alternative and Arabic influences to make music that feels personal, powerful, and rooted in storytelling. Through his music, he carries on the tradition of the Arabic tradition of hakawati to share stories of identity, resilience, and community through sound. Songs like “Yalla Dabke” and “Touchdown Palestine” reflect both celebration and resistance, bringing people together through rhythm, memory, and movement.
