Ayat Opens in Dallas and Supports UNRWA USA Gaza 5K

What started as a quick trip last year to Dallas turned into a reminder of what community looks like.

I witnessed it at the Gaza 5K hosted by UNRWA USA in 2024, where thousands showed up, stood together, and raised critical support for Palestine refugee children in Gaza.

That kind of energy stays with you. It changes you.
The energy I felt in Texas is the reason I chose to bring my Michelin-starred Palestinian restaurant, Ayat, to Dallas and why supporting this year’s UNRWA USA Dallas Gaza 5K as a Diamond Sponsor means so much to us.
