From 13-15 April 2026, DCAF convened a regional workshop in Ouagadougou, bringing together gender focal points from police, gendarmerie, army, and civil protection institutions, alongside ministerial representatives from Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger. Participants exchanged experiences, strengthened regional cooperation, and explored practical ways to advance women’s leadership in the security sector.
