We’re thrilled to share the recap video of the first edition of the MADIBA Workforce Development Program—a transformative journey dedicated to advancing vaccine manufacturing expertise in Africa, co-designed and hosted at the Center for Africa’s Resilience to Epidemics (CARE), Institut Pasteur de Dakar, as part of its 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞-𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧-𝐀𝐬-𝐀-𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 offering 🌍💉

This edition brought together passionate directorate level professionals, cutting-edge training, and hands-on experience, all aimed at 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚’𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬. From foundational knowledge to facility tours and networking events, the program was a resounding success.
