In recognition of Women in Construction Week, Build Health International hosted a virtual dialogue focused on women working across healthcare design, construction, and project management in global contexts. Built by Women, for Women brought together BHI team members Tracy Previlon, Allison Adamson, Alexandra Best, Sola Da Silva, and Sarah Godschall, who shared their experiences in the field, reflected on career pathways, and discussed leadership, industry challenges, and what success and support look like for women in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC).
