More than 1,100 Afghan allies — including 400 children — have been stranded at a U.S. camp in Doha, Qatar, waiting for a promise America made and has yet to keep. Now, the Trump administration is reportedly considering sending them to the Democratic Republic of Congo: a country they've never seen, where they have no ties, and which is reeling from its own humanitarian crisis.
