IOM’s Better Regional Migration Management (BRMM) programme aims to enhance labour migration governance and protect the rights of migrant workers and their families in the East and Horn of Africa. Funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), the programme focuses on regional integration and facilitating mobility for inclusive and sustainable economic growth, as well as youth and women empowerment. In South Sudan, through the Youth Business Incubator regional flagship initiative under the BRMM, young people have become self-reliant by acquiring business support and entrepreneurship training.
