Principal Nursing Officer Julietta Cassius, Ministry of Health, Wellness & Elderly Affairs, St Lucia shares her feedback on a two-day workshop co-convened by UNFPA and UN Women, in partnership with the Government of Saint Lucia and the Caribbean Development Bank, from May 26-27, 2025, in Saint Lucia. The workshop aimed to enhance national systems for emergency preparedness and response, focusing on Gender-Based Violence in Emergencies (GBViE), social inclusion, and gender mainstreaming. A key objective was the validation of Saint Lucia’s Clinical Management of Rape (CMR) protocol.
