Climate Governance under the London Convention and Protocol Webinar

This webinar (October 17, 2025) presented an overview of the London Convention and Protocol and the relevance of the treaties to climate governance. Second, we presented on the history of activity under the treaties, including a focus on sub-seabed sequestration of carbon dioxide, marine geoengineering, and mCDR. Third, a panel discussed pathways forward on the future of
climate governance under the treaties.
